Got my cell phone and sent in required paperwork for $50 rebate. (this was sept) after may weeks got a letter stating denied cuz of not proper paperwork... Resubmitted... Checked status online and said accepted with payment processing. Waited a couple weeks, no check so called. Was told it was denied. I brought up the fact of accepted status that i printed out. That stumped them so they gave me a supervisor who said she would re submit. Said the reason for denial was because my invoice was dated before my phone activated... (what kind of excuse is that) said to check back in a week. I waited two weeks and called. Was told they still hadn't gotten anything. Well in the meantime when i checked online it sure was funny how many acceptance changed to denied again... I told the person that I would be checking back again and something better be done.in the meantime I wrote a letter to the address where I sent my rebate and told them of the numerous phone calls etc and if the issue wasnt resolved in a timely manner i would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Now I don't know if its a coincidence or not but my online status once again says accepted and payment is being processed and to wait 2-3 weeks... You can be sure I will be calling again... I don't give up!!
