Telemarketing Scam Repeated Calls Rude ripoff Obnoxious Illinois

Got a call from "Paul" like the others stating that I won a prize. I was guaranteed to walk out with either:

$2500 Cash
Ford Explorer
Vacation for 2
or a 27 inch TV

Called back and was blatantly lied to. I told them it sounded like a scam, and was told and I quote "Suck my d*k"

Tried calling back to complain and was met with a very similar lewd remark. My phone number is on a DO NOT CALL list. I have never filled out an entry for a contest before. I am contacting the FCC regarding this issue as we speak to file a complaint.
