a bike rider was headed east on babcock, when the rider found a chuck hole / sink hole, that the city of bozeman - water, sewer dept knew about for (6) six months and never tried to fix the hole, until the bike rider was serious injuried, broken ribs, back & neck displacements, left & right knee mess up for life..

Now the the city of bozeman thinks this is a joke. They promised to pay for the medical bills, now they are refusing to pay a dime, medical cost todate: $ 65,000.00, doctors want to operate on the neck to fix some of the trouble the bike rider is having...
