Ripoff, false information

I was given false information.in the middle of may a sales rep calls me from first national benefits. His name alex anderson. He tells me i will receive a goverment grant for 12,500 dollars all i got to is pay 29.95. So they could ship a document i have to sign in order to receive the grant. A package arrive with a letter saying that to receive information on a grant or get the grant i would have to pay 295$.

I was pissed off i call back to the number they gave me 800-410-1682 talk to julie smith and others, they told me that the money was not refundable but they will send me a form to sign and fill out to request the money back to me, she it will take 2 weeks. It has been three weeks. I call today and all they do is tell me the same thing over and over. They tell me to be patient. I dont like being fool and this company is fooling around with me. Please help
