I recieved a Devon rex kitten on 2-17-04 from Elizabeth Wynters. I have yet to recieve papers. Aside from that, the kitten arrived with ringworm, upper resperitory infection, yeast in ears and extreme nasal and eye discharge.
The eye and nasal discharge was from 4 absessed teeth. Three needed to be pulled immediatley = $983.00. At that time, I also found out my kitten has osteo-arthritis, a disease that will affect her later in life.
I want papers for this kitten but if it proceeds to small claims court i will attempt to recover the full amount paid for kitten so far.
I have contacted breeder many times and each time I was assured I would recive papers or they were in the mail or other excuse. On my last attemt, I wrote her a letter explaining that I would file every complaint neccesary, post a BUYER BEWARE on website and pursue small claims court if necessary.
I have given her ample time to respond and follow up with request and complete the sale. (over a year and a half)
