This company sends you what appers to be a preapproved credit card form asking for nothing more than $37 and a signature. It is a single sheet with no terms or interest rates specified and promises your $37 will be returned upon your first purchase.
BUT the scam is that it isn't a "credit card" in the conventional sense. -It's a "credit card" that's only good for buying products from their catalog.
I have no intention of signing up for it but suspect that the "catalog" either has overpriced merchandise, very little merchandise, disproportionate "interest" or "shipping" rates, or the promised $10,000 in credit has very short terms (30 days perhaps).
The upshot - it's a deceptive scam formulated by the ethically challenged.
