On march 05 becouse of a radio ad we went to bill heard chevrolet the ad said if you made a amount of money a week you could leave with a car no mather what your credit was and you only needed $49 down payment. When we got there they said even if the ad said that only aplied for people with good credit and they had very good rebate and we could use it like down payments after hours
of seeing cars and test drive we came up with a equinox 05
alot over what we planned to pay but after you are there its hard to say no.
We sign all requiered documents and also sing spot delivery agreement. Chery did advise us there was only a very little chance that the loan would go threw but she only seen this in a couple of case (which later found out it happens almost always!)
2days with my new car i get a call that i wasnt approved for the amount of my new car which was $2230000 and i had to change to a smaller car. Before getting there i had my mind made up just to give back the car but it was not that easy after 4 hour and 3 sales person later they wanted us to take any car even if we did not like. Telling us if we made all our payment on time later we could trade for the one we did want. (once again not true found out later)
We leave again if a malibu 05 for almost the same price $19000-$20000 when i asked chery why would the back approved us for this cas when the price was almost the same she said becouse of the rebate. It was a car they used for sales and it was the 3rd car we looked at becouse they wanted us to take a 1st cavalier when we where about to walk out they offered us a malibu.
We leave again with the car once again around a week later anothe problem they wanted $500 we explained like the first time we were not giving any money down. They told us just to tell the bank we had gave the money and they would take care of the rest. But we were not finished there then we get another call we need my boyfriend lincense. We advise them like we did when we first when in my boyfriend did not have a valid lincense and that why i was going to purchase the car with him.
Chery said she will work with the bank and maybe we would just have to wait until he get his license (on may 17) and then we could process the loan. So today is may 17 chery calls to advise she need the copy of his license and first payment becouse we are late... Late when we dont even have any papers of our loan she says she tried to call but we dont have a voice mail and she dont have our cell when someone from customer service called it
to see if we recieved our survey. (so i know its on our record) two months later we still dont know what scam they have or what other little suprise they will come up with. We are feed up and once again they will sell anything not caring about what the customer really wants.
And finaly they made us go 3 times to fill out papers and none of them ever had the same prices. Chery explained in a way we didnt understand and it was our fault becouse we were so tired we just want to leave. So plz read everything before you leave dont make our mistake.
