I called in to Pizza Hut on wednesday evening to order a coupple of pies. The girl put me on hold for seven minutes, then hung up. I thought OK must be a mistake so I called back. Same girl put me on hold again. After five minutes on hold she picks up the line and directly hangs up again.
Now I pissed! I call once again and I am asked to hold. I was able to get the girl not to hang up with an abrupt YO! The girl asks me well what do you want? I Said delivery. She said not for 3 to 4 hours because they dont have any drivers and I should not order for pick up unless I wanted to wait for at least 2 hours. I said what the hell good are you, and hung up.
Almost immeadiatly my phone rings, it was the manager calling and yelling all sorts of obcenitys! She told me I had caused a disturbance in her store and if I ever called the Pizza Hut again I would have a suprise in my food.
Thank you Pizza Hut. Others are cheeper, friendlyer, and tastes better.
