My complaint is against paymentinfo.com. I recv. A charge of $87.87 to my visa check on 04-20 and another charge of $82.00 on 04-28. Both of which are supposive phentermine purchases.
I contacted paymentinfo.net by phone, 1-866-869-6497 and all I got was that Customer Service was busy and I could leave a message. It was just like going to an answering machine. I also contacted this particular place by email.
On paymentinfo.net, it states that I could email [email protected] for customer service. I have also emailed them. I have not recieved a response as of today. My bank has been more then willing to assist in this dispute, however, I see that this type of thing is going on a lot.
I have canceled my visa but I was reading a report on here where someone else canceled their visa and before they even got the new card w / the new #, charges have went through on the new card. I have no idea how this can happen but I hope that it doesn't happen to me.
I have filed a report w / the FBI regarding this as well as my local police. I know that legalmeds.com sounds like a familar website that I have visited but in no way made any purchases. I am horrified to ever use my visa on line anymore for any further purchases/bill paying.
I am supplying my bank with this website along w / any other complaints that I find on line. I have found another complaint on line against paymentinfo.net/emdstoyou.com. I hope that this will get looked into and whoever is doing the scamming will get busted!!!
This type of thing is very disturbing. I would advise to never use a cc on line to make any purchases. Goes to show that you never know who will get a hold of your personal information.
