Wow the answer I have been waiting for (I thought) I was having some real financial difficulties and this would help out so much. What a joke this has turned out to be. Everyone was very helpful until they got the money out of my account then the attitude changed. I started calling them to find out where the card I paid $369.00 for was and kept getting major attitude from all the customer service reps I spoke with. All they kept telling me was 25 business days 25 business days well that has came and gone and still nothing.
