They charged my credit card $19.95 unknown to me and I haven't received any notification as to why nor have they given me a service or product to compensate the charge, no way to contact them

When you go preferred shoppers edge website they don't list any way of contacting them and the only way you can access there website is with a ID number and pass word and I have no information on this company but yet my card has been charged and for what I don't know but I want my money back and by them making this charge it caused my account which is connected to my checking account to be overdrawn I am disabled and live on a fixed income so therefore the money for this charge wasn't in my account and my bank charged me an additional $33.00 which I fill this company should also be made to repay.

I really need your assistants becuase once you try to access the website you will see that they do not list an actual address, telephone number or even a fax number.in order to stop them from having access to my account for furture charges I will have to pay my bank an additional charge of $33.00 for a stop fee. Please help.
