Capital Choice Consumber Credit FRAUD

I sent in $43 for priority processing fee for $5000 credit cards and Today I found out that it was a credit card Fraud. My check was already cashed out and. I am so mad to find this out. Hell with them. And Please tell me how i can get my money back. Or how i can prevent these kind of fraud in the future.
