Gables of West Park has denied ever receiving our move out letter which was turned into them at the beginning of December in which time we were to move out end of Jan. Things changed and we ended up staying until end of Feburary 2005.
When we called to see if another letter needed to be issued we were told no they would take care of. When we checked with them 2 weeks before moving out Misty told us we were all set and nothing else needed to be done. Now at the end of March we are being told they are keeping our $1300. Deposit and we also need to pay an extra $256.00. I do not think so We did what we thought was everything needed to get our deposit back. When we spoke with Misty on Sunday, April 3 Misty admits to our faces that she never checked our file when we asked if we were all set. So because Gables employees did not do their job fully we have to suffer and lose out on that money? That's Not Fair! If someone could please help us please email me your response.
