A challenge to Access Direct Employees. Employee inside info

I have set up a new account for a reason. I have a challenge to all Access Direct employees.
I know that there is a lot going on there. I have my sources. I have heard everything from mice infestation, to managers calling you "lazy", and a bunch of five year olds. Unlike Total Marketing One, I know alot of the people employed by Access Direct are good people, just trying to make a buck. I know alot of you have read this, I also know the top brass of Access Direct has read this. Here is my challenge: send me anonymous emails of your situations. I will publish them here. I will change any name you want, or I will not publish any characteristics that could identify you specifically. Since the top brass is reading this maybe even though this is a small amount, perhaps bad pr could help you get treated better, and improve your work enviroment. The only names that I will use is members of management who I know have screwed people over, and got fired. Once they are fired there is nothing they can do to any of you, and rightfully deserve to be exposed.

What prompted this challenge? A number of things. First I appreciate everyone who has read this. Second, as someone who was there I know the hell you go through on a day to day basis. I also know firsthand how the economy in the area is now, and understand it is not easy to leave a job based on moral reason. Third, maybe I hope to gain a friend. Namely, Lori Austin. According to three seperate sources Ms. Austin was fired on Thursday. The reason? She stuck up for employees on the Gerber team. First, I must say that this was a step in the right direction. Ms. Austin had in the past refered to the members of the Gerber team as "primadonnas", and had tried to get Gerber taken out of the center for the past couple of years. I know Ms. Austin has read this report, and can only hope that this may have been a small wake up call that prompted her change of heart.

For those of you not in the know, the team I refer to is Gerber Life Insurance agents. They are the kind folks that sign your kids up for life insurance, and as actual insurance agents are heavily screened, so rest assured they are a decent lot of people.

Apparently during an agent meeting, center manager Heather, refered to this group as "lazy", and called them a "bunch of five year olds." This is a less than respectful way to refer to some of the companies longest standing employees. Lori Austin was the supervisor for this team. Ms. Austin apparently stood up for the agents, telling the center manager that she had no right to treat them this way. During this discussion, according to my sources Ms. Austin said, "Goddamn". This is a fairly common swear word, and the meeting was in a private training room. Nontheless, this is what lead to Ms. Austins demise. As I said, Ms. Austins treatment of employees has been less than respectful at times, yet she took a step in the right direction, and I sympathize. I lost my first ever telemarkiting job at Apac Teleservices at the hands of Ken Lefler for saying, "butt hole". Shocking when you can see based off of my previous reports the kind of behavior Mr. Lefler has since engaged in, sex with minors among other things. I can see how baseless terminating someone from a job for a swear word that everyone has used is. The only difference between Ms. Austin and myself is she worked her way into management. Now in the end despite how high up the ladder she has got, we are on the same ship. The fact that she was fired for citing a mistreatment of employees is more disturbing. She broke code, and did the right thing. She also paid a hefty price. For that reason I am not, despite previous disagreements, happy about the fact that she got fired. I would much rather see a low life like Mr. Ken Lefler recieve that honor. Access Direct needs to figure out it's priorities in what kinds of management they staff, lest they fall into the Total Marketing One (see my report by typing in John Burchert) crowd.in fact the day I get confirmation that Ken Lefler is terminated, I will give access direct a special write up in moving in the right direction. According to my sources Ms. Austin will be going to Total Marketing One. As I said I can understand this, seeing as though the economy is bad in this area. I think Ms. Austin will be like a fish out of water because despite my disagreements with Access Direct their calling standards are completely different from Total Marketing One (see New Rochelle Telephone).

Ms. Austin, I pose this next challenge to you. You have read this report. You are also no longer bound by Access Direct. You took a step in the right direction, finnish it out. As a former member of manager, I know you have company dirt. Post it on here. You have nothing to lose, and you would be surprised how good it makes you feel.

Also If you work at Access Direct consider this your page. I will give you a voice. I will call the shots exactly as I see them. I will give credit where it is do, but I will never back down from calling a spade a spade. I have paid a very heavy price thus far in fighting the good fight. My employment status is not all that good. However, I didn't come this far to back down. If you don't have to pay a price for something then it isn't worth much. Consider me your friend.

Finally I would like to thank all of the people at Acess Direct who have read this, and my work in certain national publications. Honestly, I started it as a joke. I never thought hardly anyone would see it. It means a lot to me that people still pay attention, some of whom I don't even know personally know, after having been away from the company for over two years. Your support means more than words can describe, and for that I am eternally indebted.
