Dear Mrs. Young,

I am in receipt of your letter dated Feb. 24 threatening me and my family and attempting to bully and intimidate me. The letters on my website that you are complaining about were posted there to assist in an ongoing government investigation of the LLR and the two counts of copying and pasting mine and my wife's signatures by your agent at Prudential C. Dan Joyner and Young.

These letters were never intended to defame anyone and my intent was not malicious, but they were placed on my website as a convenient way for government officials to review some of the historical evidence of my complaint with the LLR concerning the fraudulent activities committed by Prudential. These letters were posted on my website in the best interest of my family for the sake of expediency of the review of these complaints. Presenting the evidence in this electronic format allowed me to make hyperlinks to pertinent historical documents that support the facts referred to in the letter.

On the surface of my website, these letters were not even visible or available and did not defame anyone. Whoever wanted to view them had to have the specific url to access them. I provided this url to several state employees and government officials that are still taking a closer look at what happened. As a citizen of South Carolina, I have the right to notify public officials to alert them to this mis-representation of our signatures.

My hopes in posting these documents were that LLR and S.C. Politicians would penalize Prudential, thus providing a deterrent to keep this from happening to other families here in South Carolina. Without a deterrent, this fraudulent behavior will continue if it allows one realtor to have a competitive edge over another by copy/pasting signatures for a quick counter offer on a house. Unfortunately, at the LLR the fox is in charge of the henhouse.

All but two politicians have washed their hands of this and point to the Governor and say that the LLR is his responsibility. Unfortunately, Governor Mark Sanford has promised to get back to me, but he has not done so. I'll think twice about voting for him again.

I sympathize with you and understand that you do not want this information on the Internet because it exposes a pattern of fraudulent behavior that Prudential does not want to be held accountable for. I especially understand that you do not want anyone to read the documents that show in writing how Prudential attempted to pay me hush money to stop me from talking about this.

If Prudential did no wrong, then why did you, Evelyn Young, offer to pay me $3,500 to sign a gag order? Your many attempts to cover this up and silence me speak volumes about your guilt in this.

Another reason that you may want to silence me is that my exposure of this matter will also show Prudential's "unfair methods of competition", and "unfair or deceptive acts or practices." The ability to quickly provide a counter offer with signatures gives you an unfair competitive advantage over other realtors that you may be competing with for the same property. I suggest that you read a copy of the Unfair Trade Practices Act of South Carolina. How many other families has Prudential done this to?

Since you are the Chairperson of the SC Real Estate Commission, you wield quite a bit of power and influence at the LLR and in the real estate community in South Carolina. Because of this, I think that the state employees and government officials will do absolutely nothing. Many are afraid of you, but obviously I am not. Nevertheless, I have removed the letters from my website as of today, since it is probably a futile effort for David to battle Goliath in this manner.

Last of all I am asking you one more time to produce a copy of the following documents:

1. The contract that Prudential has admitted to copying and pasting my signature and my wife's signature onto.
2. The contract that our signatures were copy/pasted from.
3. The document that you claim to have showing our approval of these fraudulent activities.
