KK guys same as everyone else a week ago I was pre - approved for a master card they were gonna debit my checking 249.00 I gave them all my info and was xfered to a rep to verify my info luckly my wireless phone died on me and I did not finish the call... Then today a represenative called me from there "processing Department" and wanted to verify my information again. It seemed a little strange to me this time around and I told the lady that I did not want to go thru with the process and to take what info she had out of her system. She said that she couldnt do that I had to call customer service to do that. I then asked for her name and she said that it didnt matter. She then said I agreed to this process and it would go thru.
I immediatly called the customer service number and was sent to voice mail and I kept trying to call and it stays busy. I googled the 800 number and found you all in here. What am I supposed to do. Please help me
