From 1995 to 1999 ACORN, a supposed Civil Rights organization located in New Orleans Not only had my office phones illegally wire tapped by the New Orleans Police Department but also had New Orleans legal Aide sue me for Racial Discrimination. But it gets alot worse than that.in 1998 Spencer Livingston who is the lead Attorney at ACORN along with Alexandra Mora who both teach LAW at Tulane University, Paid a Call Girl who was also a Student at Tulane to rent an apartment from me. This student whose name is Heather C. Bracko and now teaches at Tulane University was Paid to file a phoney rape charge on me.
After I had lost my business and had been harrassing the District Attorney's office for a two year period, I finally found out who the supposed victim was, Then I took the data to an attorney in Baton Rouge La. He sent a Private Investigator under cover to find out what the truth was. Why was I so Damn Important to acorn.
Real Estate Fraud
As it turns out I had taken over a property for the Kidney Foundation of Louisiana to manage. Acorn had spent two years setting this property up for a phoney lawsuit so that a lawyer by the name of Stephen Rodanski in Baton Rouge could steal it. When my first attorney Jean Calhoun approached me on selling out the clients, I refused then the lawsuit hit. Acorn is much more involved than this. City Hall of New Orleans is donation Millions of dollars in Real Estate to this group to be renovated and sold to the poor. Federal Funds are provided by HUD to proforn the renovations and then these properties are to be sold at cost. This is not happening. As it turns out Mr Rodanski is placing as many as 300 buildings into his own pocket and then going to his friends at section 8 to provide tennents and outrageous rents via 'HUD and Hano.
Acorn is also associated with the Mafia.
Whats more they control the Police union in new Orleans.
