We contrated to install 6x13ft porch on front of housewith roof and steps leading to the ground, 10x19 ft porch roof on the existing porch on back of house also closing in with screen. 6x8 ft roof over cellar entry. The final results were 6x12 ft front porch, the steps are 2 steps short reaching ground. The roof over cellar entry ended up being45"x69". The roofing shingles didn't match existing shingles on house the right shingles were available for purchase.
He rufuses to replace shingles. And wanted to put alanding at bottom of front porch We contracted for steps to the ground. He then said he would provide material for us to build a new set of steps. Now refuses to do that. The angle of soffit doesn"t match existing soffit on house making it more difficult to put gutters on. The porch roof on back porch leaks. He has tried to fix but hasn't yet.
He charged the full amount of contract even though wrong sizes were given and we provided some of the material.
