Submitted rebate form and all documents to get 24.00 rebate for 12 bottles of wine. Check was only for 2.00. When I e mailed to get balance, they claimed rebate was over and couldn't find records so I was out of luck. This is the second time a rebate came back with insufficient funds. How can we stop this from happening and how can i get my balance due.
