Frontera wine rebate If you sent 12 upc symbol and receipt of 750ml botlles you get back $24.00 refund rebate check they only sent me $8.00

If you purchased 12 botlles of frontera wine you would get back a rebate of $24.00 they sent me only $8.00 I sent in proof of purchase and 12 upc symbols of the wine purchases as they stated they lied!!!
