On 0/08 I received a call from a company called CSS. They said if I paid $790, I could get 2 of my credit cards consolidated with no interest. On 4 I got my first statement, and there was no interest. I got a statement today, and it is showing interest fees. I called Discover, and they said they never offer no-interest specials and had no clue what I was talking about.
