For most of the month of Dec, my new LG washer continued displaying a UE code saying my load was unbalanced.By the third week of December I would get the code 5-7 times per load. I asked for a repairman out to look at the washing machine. A&E sent a new person and they order Rotors, drums and gear which took about a week to get here. Ok, not bad for LG. BUT I can't get a tech back for at least 3 weeks, even being on standby! Ok, Jan 23 comes around and the techs don't even open the boxes of parts and tell me that they need to order the computer board instead. WHAT! Cant get AE to give me a date for repair when the computer gets in, AND I can't even get them to expidite the shipping because of THEIR error. Ive called LG to send out a compidant repairman.
