My driver's license was sent back to the Nevada DMV, who said it was undeliverable. I have been receiving mail at my present location for five years with no change. I was told by one of your workers, "We get this all the time, especially with DMV. We don't know why it didn't get delivered." I confirmed my address with the DMV over the telephone. So why did my license get sent back?
