Dealer Refused Repairs on Car Still Being Paid Off

I know more than three to four people who have had the same problem as I have. They refused to make repairs on the car that I am making payments on. I believe they should make repairs so that the car meets the standards of the purchaser.

I took my car to a mechanic, Cesar, who said that he would fix the problems, which he has not done. To this day he takes shortcuts. They know what they are doing; they just get people to come get cars from them, knowing the cars are junk.
