They made me lose time and money

I'm a yellow cab driver, usually we give a ride to hotels from anywhere

I gave a ride from LaGuardia airport to Marriott hotel Adam street in Brooklyn,
and because it's a short fair, so the dispatcher give the driver a shorty paper to come back to the airport to get another fair in less than 2 hours without waiting in the taxi parking lot
by the time we arrived there I cut the meter for the customer to pay me and because the customer didn't chose cash or credit from the back screen right away and she get out of the car, the machine turn off by itself considering the customer paid in cash and that was the customer late to chose the way to pay, now cash is the only way to get paid
The security asked what happens and I described the story even I run the meter twice to show them how it works

The action from the security. She said to me it's ok we will pay you just give me 2 min.
And said to the costumer your luggage already inside the hotel and don't worry consider it done
When I heard that which sound ok for me

After 10 min another customer came asked me that they wants to go to LaGuardia airport which's a good ride for me specially I have a shorty paper from the terminal cause I had a ride going to Brooklyn, by the time I asked the customer to give me a minute to get my money as the security lady told me I found her came outside to say if you move from here you will get your money, I told her you said 1 min and now almost 15 min

I apologize fit the customer and I lost the fair to the airport

After another 15 min the security lady came out and point to me to move the car out in the street, and she said we called the police (now is different story after she said consider it done) I asked her to bring the customer out because it's between me and the customer

She was sooooooo mean to me she said no you move your car right now outside or I will never get my money

1- she pretend as she will solve the problem and she didn't
2- she was really rude and mean to me even that was no issue between me & her
3- she let me stay more than an hour outside waiting for the police and when they didn't show up I called 911
4- an hour & 20 min till I got paid and all that time because the security who lied to me
5- I lost 2 another fair one from the hotel back to the airport and one for the shorty from the airport

Cab driver pay money as rent to work

6- even the manager who promise to solve the issue, she didn't make anything even didn't see her again
7- I've the proof of each word I said and they have them cameras around the front door to watch the whole story

I hope Marriott head office act about that specially those employee represents one of the greatest hotel management in the world
