My husband and I hired Flat Rate Moving company on September 6, to move all of our valuables. After the entire process we notice that our 9MM weapon and bullets had been taken by this company. We have notified the local police dept. And file a report, but since the incident the owner promised to reimburse us for our items within 30 days, and he haven't kept his word as of Dec. 1. He still hasn't reimburse us, he states that he is waiting on the detective in charge of the case to do something. Meanwhile, his workers aren't cooperating and we as the consumers are still at a lost. Don't trust this company with your valuable, The owner as well as his company does not operated in Good Faith.
