Defective Nike Elite Socks - Nike KD Bamboo Elite Socks

My son received Nike Elite Socks from his Grandma 3 weeks ago. These "special $35 elite socks" were ordered from Freshswagg.com. When he received them, I cut the tag off of them and he tried them on immediately (they matched his new shoes his grandma bought him). He was so upset to see that there was a hole and tear all the way down one of the socks and a little tear on the other sock. When I contacted the company with a picture of the socks and an explanation, which is only by email because they do not have a phone number, I had to send another. It took them a few days to get back to me after a second email attempt. They said the socks weren't sent defective so we must've removed the tag wrong and created the tear. This is completely untrue. They asked which sock was torn. I answered and have yet to hear back from them. I have sent several emails since and still no reply. This company's customer service is terrible. Their Facebook page says that they have customer service that no one can beat. I disagree.
