No feedback or response

I bought a few supplements from a usa site and dhl was used as the courier. Its now going on 5 months and I haven't received it as yet. The courier used was DHL PAKET. I tried contacting the local DHL to find out if they could find out if these pakets came into SA or not. To date I have had no feedback from them
