Poor Service
Our Company purchased three Model 1200 foggers 1 in October, 1 in November and 1 in January from Dyna-Fog Africa who are the sub-Saharan Africa representative of Curtis Dynafog of Westfield Indiana USA
In the relatively short time we have had the machines we have experienced problems with the diesel pumps, the chemical pumps, four ignition transformers that have failed in quick succession and sundry other items. As a result our company found itself in the intensely embarrassing situation of not being able to deliver services to clients.
We have had discussions Mr Bird in attempts to resolve the problems we have experienced with the equipment, the lack of technical support and the supply of spare parts. We have also made several attempts to contact the parent company in USA but have been ignored by the CEO and his deputy.
We believe that attempts may have been made to mislead us with regard to the cause for the failure of certain components and the availability of certain spares. Dates of conversations and copies of e-mails are available. Customers should be wary and perhaps ensure that service level agreement is in place before purchase.
