Unauthorized charges on credit card rip off business

Quotes "FREE Shipping" but charges $3.95 for handling and a $1.95 process fee if lost??? That equals $5.90 not even close to
QUOTED FREE SHIPPING.

Charges unauthorized made to credit card.

Return 4 items, get credit for two???

Customer Service argues with you: "no you didn't", "yes I did" etc.
Nasty customer service. Had to get VISA credit card service involved to get complaint solved.
