Upon entering either of two locations in the Milwaukee area, The one on east Capitol Drive and the location on 76th and Mill rd. There is almost a forced greeting from the front clerks, the vibe is so bad that when I go in I am instantly not intrested in shopping anymore. Im not sure if they are this way because of the areas they work in but, either way they shouldnt automatically assume the customer is bad. As I shopped the store on East Capitol because the rude young women at the Mill road store were just unbearable. No one asked if I needed assistance, no one said hello, no one was in the area for fittings. When I did find a young woman to do so, she reluctantly did it, at this point my experince is already a zero. While at the register there was no smiles, no thank you when I left, no communication what so ever until she needed my credit card which says right on the back to see ID and she didnt. I hate to drive the ten miles from my home to visit you West Allis location but, for better service I will. I did leave a layaway ay the store to get the cashiers name but, I will not leave it here, I feel that the attitude of your clerks says alot about your business. The question is, is that that type of attitude to precede anything about your business.
