I purchased a mattress for 1400.00, before buying, I asked if it was returnable and the salesperson said yes. After a month, I noticed a dip where I slept. I called Customer Service and told them my issue, She said they would contact an outside Agency who would come out out and look at my mattress. Arriving the first time, he measured t he dept and called customer service, he handed me the hone and I was told the Depth of the dip had to be 1 - 1 1/2 " before they will think about taking it back. This is directly from the Manufacturer. So now, as the months go by, the dip is getting worse. I have a very bad back so Purchasing a more expensive mattress I thought would be great. It is not. I had to call again, 2 more times and I JUST called yesterday and the tech is coming over again this weekend. I want a refund and them to take this mattress back. Between waking up EVERY NIGHT in pain and many times a night plus having many many sleepless nights, I am done.
