I had been employed with Murphy's for over 2 years, I was a hard worker never missed a day of work after a year being there I became an assistant manager. Well a few days ago I admit that I made a mistake but I feel like it shouldn't of cost me my job. The DM called me and told me I was no longer employed with the company he cut me off while I was trying to explain myself as if he didn't want to hear anything I had to say before I could get a word in he hangs up in my face. WOW! Very professional on his part as a DM. It wasn't right if you ask me. Its been 2 ocassion where the manager was cought having the previous days deposit in the safe which in the book is automatic termination but it resulted in a write up and another chance but yet I get fired for one mistake that I was trying to apologize for and reassure him that it wouldn't happen again. He didn't wsnt to hear what I had to say.
