I ordered the free trial for $4.99 and never received it. Eighteen days later, I was billed $74.99 and allegedly shipped a new supply. Since I NEVER received the original shipment, I called the toll free number and requested my money be refunded since I had no product in my hand. I spoke with an arrogant man who identified himself as "Madison" who kept interrupting me and insisting that I DID receive the package because the USPS receipt indicated I did. I live in an apartment building with three other tenants. There was no signature required. But, the USPS "said I received it" he said. I'm furious. I'm out $75 that I can't afford being in disability and they refuse to refund me. IF I get the product they allegedly sent yesterday, I have the option of returning it at my expense. How generous! DON'T fall for this scam. They only want your money and will keep it if they get it. This company should be shut down!!
