I ordered a cell phone, when I received it, it was broken. I had paid for the insurance when I ordered it. When I tried to get a replacement, they stated I would have to send the broken phone back to China at a cost to me of $31.00 and wait 3-5 months for it to clear China's Customs and be checked out before they to could replace the phone. After 16 attemps to get them to send me a replacement phone, I gave up and got a phone from another company. My advice... Dont order from everbuying! And if you do, you have no right to complain.
