I ordered a free trial for $2.95 shipping. I even looked at the terms and conditions but didn't look at the refund section because I was not planning on asking for a refund. I was just going to get the free trial as it indicated I could cancel at any time. I spent two hours on the phone today with three different reps who couldn't speak English, couldn't find my info and told me to call back, took forever to finally cancel, and then told me I had to return the product and pay for shipping. This was NOT made clear on the site when I ordered. I was told free trial and cancel anytime. I have since cancelled my credit card but wish to make sure I have no legal obligation to pay them any more money than the $2.95. I have offered to return their product if they give me a postage paid label, and they will not do it. I have told them I will write 'return to sender' and they say they won't cancel then and will still charge me. This is really shady incorrect advertising and a scam. Can you assure me I have no legal obligation to pay them anything other than the $2.95 I have already paid.
