I made a payment of USD175 on July 10 on one of their products. I was told to track India Post on www.indiapost.gov.in with the tracking number they emailed me (RD123469024IN). I tracked my parcel but couldn't get to know the location it was at. I was told to check my local post office time to time which I did but the tracking number was not on their system. I later emailed adisorns to send me another parcel which they did (RD187203877IN) but still I have not received the parcel.
