This company advertises a $1 fee for their service (after you've filled out information on the property you are looking up) and then charges a recurring $14.95 annual "membership" fee without your knowledge. It's an old trick but shady businesses like this one are still doing it.
I also have evidence someone there is stealing credit card information. A computer company called me to verify my order of two laptops. Only problem: I didn't buy any laptops.
Problem solved: reported the fraud and cancelled the card.
I had a "chat" session with PVL.com and they "refunded" my credit card and gave me a very reassuring "reference number."
Stay away from this company.
