Same thing happened as with other posts I've noted. They advertise a 'free' trail with $1.99 shipping and then a month later, they charge over $95 to my credit card. My shipment order included several customer service numbers to call and all of them were either 'not in service' or hung up automatically after the second ring. I finally got one number where someone answered, and said they were cancelling my 'order'. They wouldn't tell me their name, or give me any information about product returns.
I have notified my credit card company and am filing a formal complaint to have this company investigated.
