I ordered a replacement part for my Weatherwise station and received a confirmation email on August 8 saying that it was shipped.
The check has cleared my bank, but I have never received my part. Several attempts at email, submitting messages on their web site and leaving voice mail at 877-452-2116 have netted absolutely no response.
Researching the confirmation email I see a logo that says: Magento 'Demo Store'... When checking that out, I see that it is a dummy sample of an ebay service that customers can try to see if they want to purchase this service. When I go to the Magento 'dummy store' site, it tells me that it a sample only and no purchases will be filled!
