Was in the store 2x this week, and both times I was either treated rudely or dismissively. I also ordered a part online and received an email telling it was ready for pickup. Got to the store and was told the part wasn't there, that it had to be ordered from someplace else and hadn't arrived. When I asked why I received an email saying it was ready, the clerk told me that it was company policy to do that so the store's registers could be cleared. I told him it was a stupid policy and asked for a refund. Went to O'Reilly's where I got the part and great customer service.
