I canceled 3 times it wouldn't go through they sent me the productand charged my card when I called they said it still hadn't been canceled I told them to cancel it and I wanted a refund they told me that without documentation they couldn't do anything. I told them I did it on my iphone and the history only went back a week. I still have the product in the original mailing package. Also when I talked to someone they were very rude and hung up on me so after waiting on hold for 45 min they hung up on me.
