Paid $13 on aug 16th.
Payment made to YongJian Zhang ([email protected]) via Skrill gateway.
Charge on credit card statement MB*Moneyboookers.com.
Have received nothing.
Numerous emails/live chats and being told each time, wait wait wait etc...
Know i have been scammed.in fact they tried to get more money off me and wouldn't bite!!!
Their rep that i am in contact with goes by the name of JULIET. Must work 24hrs a day:-),
as it is always the same rep that answers me at different time of the day
