Took 69.99 Pounds of Child Benefit Money for Unreceived Loan

They took £69.99 for a loan they didn't put in the bank and it was our child benefit money and we have complained and they said they would pay us and they havent and they keep hanging up when we say what's happened and where's our money we will give one more week then take the company to court for fraud
