I paid for one year and can not get my computer to work right. I want a full refund back to my credit card NOW! I have tryed and tryed to contact these people and get NO ANSWER! I am retired and not able to pay them more money. They are asking me for more money to back up my files, when I gave them $249.95 less the 90 days ago. Please refund my money. Mr. Richard T Ca
