I ordered 2 TESTERS of eye cream and face cream at approx 5$ and 7$. I would obviously not commit to a monthly supply of this stupid cream not knowing if it worked and knowing also that I would have lots left, it will last me 2-3 month for the testers! Then last night I went grocery shopping with my son I am a single mom and discovered that 2 payments from this company at approx 89$ and 87$ have been stolen from my account! I didn't authorize this I have tried reaching then by phone and I was transferred to some (Inappropriate Content Removed) "winning" a Caribbean cruise hotline! I informed them what happened and they said that derma Juvenate had high call volume and to call back. I have gotten nowhere my bank can't help and I need my money back for my groceries! Please help me I am desparate and I know they will try to take my money next month too! Thank you
