E my stay at your place to put an seventy year old man on the third floor is to say the least stupidity no porter makes it worse still can i sugest that you keep this floor for people young or better still get a bloody lift thiers room any place needs on going improvements this is not an new place this is what people expect not walking up six flights of stairs with bags and suit case not impressed thank you
