I signed up to get free computer checks and repairs, have had to go back 6 or 7 times trying to resolve my problems to no avail, i wouldent trust these people to fix my red wagon, by installing up dates insted of repairs, i have lost both sites of yahoo, i have business files on these now lost cause yahoo dont give a rats a* bout your probs, told them i wanted refund, was told would have to talk with their teck before it occured, DO NOT LET these people even look at your computer. Their incompanace is outstanding their knowledge is even less, i figure i have lost my "2year money " for their services
