I have been promoting this link http://Cash4Visits.com/ref.php? RefId=259113 on and off for a while. I was told that once the account reaches 30$ I would receive a payout. I was given this link http://linkz. It/7cm and told the following

When I followed the instructions I was asked to download FLV player (which I did, no further instructions were present. I am still being advised that I have not yet completed the process so it is not verified. As a result my account information will not be accepted, hence it does not appear that there will be a payout.
