Recently my school has received an invoice of £500 for an annual licence for teaching resources which apparently I automatically had subscribed to failing to cancel my 2 week trial period!
I was not made aware of this contract by email. This company is still chasing the money from my school saying it will have to pay for it!
I can't understand how they can make my school responsible for paying this money?
I have read a similar complaint on this forum and wish to enquiry what was the outcome for that person
